I got tired of paying $6 for coffee & being the only person to say thanks (or anything at all) during the whole transaction.The employees act like they're doing a favor. All I ever ordered here was a skinny mocha, no special instructions or anything. I came here for years, was polite, and kept my order simple, and after about the tenth time of having a silent transaction, coffee bubbling out of the lid with no napkin, egg wrap with no napkin, etc, I was fed up. And the drive thru wait here is often ridiculous. Longer than you'd expect, even for this place. I'm so over Starbucks. Anyway, I've since moved on to getting my coffee at QT, etc. $2 to fill my fake bigass yeti, and I can make it exactly how I want it, and I'm out of there in a FRACTION of the time I'd be waiting at Starbucks. I'm seriously in and out within three minutes. Two dollars. Giant coffee. No brainer. And the employees are a lot friendlier.

I am appalled at this Starbucks and how my daughter was treated today. She was in there today with friends doing a Bible study. They had not bought drinks yet as they were planning on buying them before they left. There was a male worker there who was very loudly talking about how those girls were just sitting there, taking up a table, and not buying anything. Other customers could hear him saying these things. My daughter and her friends ended up buying drinks, as they had planned to anyway, but should not have needed to as Starbucks passed a new policy where you do not need to purchase anything to come in. This used to be my go to starbucks but not any longer.
